Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, hosting a girls’ night out, planning a bridal shower, or looking for a unique team-building or corporate event, The BABEXPERIENCE brings people together through fashion and fun.

Guests design their own custom leather clutch, selecting from a variety of styles, materials, and hardware. In our in-person events, you’ll get hands-on with the design process, and our expert team will sew your bag on-site so you can take home your stylish creation the same day. For virtual experiences, you’ll personalize your bag online, and we’ll craft and ship your one-of-a-kind piece straight to your door.

You may book online as a group.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

• Celebration Cake/Cupcakes • Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic Beverages • Gift Bags/Thank You Bags for Guests NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Whatever you want! From a theme-based look to coordinated colors, feel free to dress up. Heels are cute and always welcome, but for comfort, bring a pair of flats since you’ll be standing, dancing, and mingling during the workshop.
WHAT’S THE FINE PRINT?

• A valid credit card is required to reserve your date. • A 50% non-refundable deposit per guest is required at the time of booking. • If canceled at least 7 days before the event, the deposit can be applied to a future date if available. • If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future date.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Parking is available in the front and back of the facility.
HOW MUCH DOES A BUILD-A-BAG EXPERIENCE COST?

A 2.5 to 3.5-hour event is $175 per guest. • A 50% deposit per guest is required at the time of booking. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the party. • Deposits are non-refundable. CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE GROUPS OR PARTIES? Yes! We accommodate small parties with a minimum of 6 guests and up to 15 guests.

The BABEXPERIENCE® is a registered trademark. Our party experience is designed for guests who have never designed anything in their life. In 2.5 to 3.5 hours, you and your guests will have a fun, interactive experience and take home your custom handbag.
ARRIVAL & TIME POLICY

• All classes start promptly at the scheduled time. • Guests should arrive at their confirmed party time but no later than 15 minutes after. • Late arrivals will miss important class instructions and should not expect individual “catch-up” instruction from the designer. However, we will do our best to work late guests into the party. • No class time extensions will be provided for late arrivals. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $50 fee per additional 15 minutes will be charged for exceeding the allotted time.
